Is there a model-specific CAAM approval for DJI Digital FPV racing?
CAAM's public UAS material describes approval routes for operations, including Standard ATF and Special UAS Project review where added risk requires support. It does not support a general claim that one DJI air unit, goggles firmware or private league has blanket CAAM certification. Remove that claim from the equipment decision.
Give CAAM the actual event: location, course volume, number of aircraft, operating method, pilots, observers, people controls and emergency actions. The applicable route follows the risk and operation, not a marketing label such as official league system.

How should a used DJI digital FPV kit be inspected?
Record serials and account state, then inspect displays, optics, antennas, connectors, cables, air-unit cooling and video stability. Test the complete kit in the event configuration, not one component at a time. Prior crashes and heat damage can create intermittent faults that appear only under load.
