Authenticity & Transparency Guarantee for Pre-Owned DJI
Authenticity & Transparency Guarantee explains the buyer-facing evidence Reboot Hub documents for a pre-owned unit. The relevant unit, its condition, and the records available for it matter more than a generic badge.
Scope of this Guarantee: On this page, Guarantee means Reboot Hub's commitment to document and explain its preparation evidence. It is not warranty coverage provided by DJI, a certificate or certification issued by DJI, or a remedy beyond the written policies.
- Identity and status records: recorded where applicable.
- Published grading: explained through the relevant grading standard.
- Applicable function-test evidence: documented for the relevant unit.
- Store-created Product Evaluation Report: prepared as a private Reboot Hub record.
- Private-data protection: customer, serial, order, and tracking data are not published.
- Policy-governed order handling: shipping, returns, and payment security follow the written policy.
Golden Four Company Limited t/a Reboot Hub is an independent repair and resale business. It is not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or sponsored by DJI.
What evidence do we document for a pre-owned unit?
1. Product identity and status
We record the product identity, included items, serial and activation-status records where applicable. No public serial disclosure is made through this page or through preparation footage.
2. Applicable function testing, photographs, and condition records
Testing scope varies by product and activation state. When applicable, we retain function-test observations, product photographs, and condition records for the relevant unit rather than presenting a generic result as evidence for every item.
3. Product Evaluation Report
The Reboot Hub Product Evaluation Report is a private store-created record of observations and checklists. It is not a DJI certificate, and private customer, order, serial, and technician details are not published.
4. Packing preparation and dispatch evidence
Where applicable, packing preparation and dispatch tracking evidence are retained for the order. No public tracking or label disclosure is made; carrier tracking is handled through the relevant order process after dispatch.
5. Clear policy route if something is unclear or wrong
If something is unclear or wrong, the current written policies govern how the matter is handled. This page explains Reboot Hub's documentation process; it does not replace those policies.
How do the standards and policies fit together?
Use the Drone Grading Standard for Grade A+ and Grade A definitions, and read The Reboot Hub Standard for the inspection and pre-shipment process. For order terms, see the Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Secure Checkout & Order Protection.
What happens from checkout to dispatch?
Secure checkout is followed by order review where needed, unit preparation, applicable records, careful packing, and carrier tracking after dispatch. International shipping is subject to destination, product type, carrier availability, and the terms shown at checkout.
Do you need a business supply or repair workflow?
For a separate business-to-business process, see B2B Supply & Repair Partner. That page covers a written requirements, quote, payment-and-logistics, and dispatch-evidence workflow; it is not a wholesale offer on this consumer trust page.
