Step 1: Online Repair Request

    1. Visit Reboot Hub official website, navigate to "Repair Services" page

    2. Fill out the ticket below or online repair application form

    3. Provide detailed information including drone model, symptoms, and visible damage

    4. System will immediately confirm your request and we will follow up via email from our official domain (@reboot-hub.com) with you about how to send your drone within 24 hours.

Step 2: Secure Shipping

  • Detailed Process:

    1. Receive follow up via email from our official domain. (@reboot-hub.com)

    2. Following the guideline attached in the email:  To officially begin the process and secure your spot in our repair queue, you will need to Purchase diagnostic service on our website to activate your repair case.
    3. After payment, safely package your device following our professional packing guide mentioned in the email in order to avoid for secondary damage. 

    4. Detail Shipping Address will be attached inside the email.  
    5. Ship package through courier service.
    6. Track shipping status in real-time using your order number.

Step 3: Comprehensive Evaluation

  • Detailed Process:

    1. Once your device arrives at our engineering team, you will receive an official confirmation email via our official domain (@reboot-hub.com)

    2. We immediately register your device into our secure repair tracking system.
    3. Complete physical and electronic inspection by Reboot Hub's professional technicians.

    4. Full photo documentation of device condition.

    5. Generation of detailed inspection report.

Step 4: Transparent Quotation & Inspection Report

  • Detailed Process:

    1. You will receive a complete repair quote via email from our official domain (@reboot-hub.com)

    2. Quote includes:

      • Detailed inspection report from Step 3
      • Required genuine parts list for repairing 
      • Detailed repair costs
      • Estimated completion time
      • The return shipping fee

    3. No hidden fees.

Step 5: Repair Authorization

  • Detailed Process:

    1. Carefully review repair quotation

    2. Choose either:

      • ***Your Options***

        • If you APPROVE the quote: We proceed with the repair immediately. The diagnostic fee you paid in Step 2 will be applied as a discount to your final bill, and we will cover the cost of return shipping.

        • If you DECLINE the quote: The diagnostic fee that you paid in Step 2 will be retained to cover the inspection and inspection report. Additionally, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost to have your device sent back.

    3. No repairs performed without your explicit authorization

Step 6: Expert Repair & Calibration

  • Detailed Process:

    1. Use ONLY genuine OEM parts for all repairs

    2. Perform chip-level repairs when necessary

    3. Precision calibration of all repaired systems

Step 7: Rigorous Testing Protocol

  • Detailed Process:

    1. Bench testing of all electronic systems

    2. Sensor and camera calibration verification

    3. Actual flight tests for stability and performance

    4. Final quality control inspection

Step 8: Secure Payment & Return

  • Detailed Process:

    1. After your device has successfully passed all testing, you will receive a detailed payment invoice via email from our official domain (@reboot-hub.com).

    2. Please complete the payment by the pro forma invoice that we provided you via email to the account specified on the invoice. All details of transfer, diagnostic fee that you paid in Step 2 (show as discount)  will be clearly listed. (Please check your junk email if you are not receiving.)

    3. Once the transfer is received and confirmed, we will immediately proceed with the final packaging of your certified device.
    4. We carefully package your device

    5. We then ship your drone back to you via tracked courier service. As promised, we cover the return shipping costs.

    6. Most repairs shipped back within 1-2 business days after completion
