If you APPROVE the quote: We proceed with the repair immediately. The diagnostic fee you paid in Step 2 will be applied as a discount to your final bill, and we will cover the cost of return shipping.
If you DECLINE the quote: The diagnostic fee that you paid in Step 2 will be retained to cover the inspection and inspection report. Additionally, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost to have your device sent back.
