It is an independent repair route, not a substitute for DJI official warranty review.

We fix it. The Diagnostic Fee from Step 2 is applied as a service credit toward eligible labor/service charges on your approved repair quote. This credit does not apply to genuine parts, taxes, or special-order components, and cannot exceed the labor/service charge. Plus, we pay for return shipping.
The Diagnostic Fee is retained to cover the inspection work. You cover the return shipping cost.
