This service covers procurement and domestic handover in mainland China. Tell us your warehouse address, receiving contact and delivery requirements. Any onward international transport, export arrangements or import charges are outside this service unless separately agreed in writing.

Can I request products that are not on your website?
Yes. Tell us what you need, including products outside our listed brands and categories. We review each request and confirm whether sourcing is possible; submitting an enquiry does not guarantee availability.
Is the service available to individuals?
Yes. Individuals and businesses can enquire. Quantities, sourcing feasibility and commercial terms are reviewed for each request.
When do you begin preparing my products?
After the contract is signed and we receive the payment agreed in it. The quotation and contract define the amount and timing; an enquiry alone does not initiate procurement.
Is inspection included automatically?
No. Tell us which checks, photos, tests or documentation you need. We confirm what can be provided and include the agreed scope and any associated costs in writing.
Can you deliver to my freight forwarder's warehouse?
You can nominate a warehouse in mainland China, including your forwarder's warehouse. We confirm the address and receiving requirements before agreeing delivery. Onward international shipping is not automatically included.
