It started with a shattered drone and a repair bill that felt like a ransom. Our founder, Thomas Lau, asked a simple question: Why does pre-owned have to mean compromise?
We did not want to simply sell used electronics. We wanted every eligible unit to be understood through its condition, included equipment, function, compatibility, service history, and practical ownership risk.
Built for specialist-equipment owners worldwide. Hong Kong is our registered headquarters, while Shenzhen gives our team direct access to repair expertise, technical supply networks, and component-level knowledge.
Close to both service and supply. This lets us investigate difficult parts, inspect real equipment, build tailored combinations, and explain the limits of what can be verified instead of hiding uncertainty behind a marketplace listing.

There are many places to sell a drone, controller, camera, or part. The harder question is who accepts responsibility for the exact equipment that reaches the buyer. For pre-owned consumer products, that means condition, compatibility, and item-specific evidence. For brand-new enterprise systems, buyers often cannot inspect the exact version, package, and supply path in person, so our role is to verify the details and control the handover before they commit.
Agricultural platforms may be brand-new or pre-owned, and their size, configuration, transport, controlled disassembly, and service requirements demand a different level of care. Drones are only the beginning. Robot dogs, exoskeletons, robotics, and other high-end machines are part of the future we are building toward. Reboot Hub exists to be a quality gatekeeper across that future: to source carefully, check what can responsibly be checked, explain the limits, and only stand behind equipment our team can responsibly deliver.
We do not exist to be the cheapest listing or to chase the most clicks. We believe people should be able to access high-quality technology at a more rational price without surrendering trust. That better option, and the long-term relationship built through clear facts, careful service, and a reachable team, is why Reboot Hub exists.
