We are not a store, we are a tech hub providing expert chip-level repairs and full refurbishment. ​ We’re not able to just simply bring back lightly used drones and robots like most sellers, we do deeper cleaning - from component level, troubleshooting them at the board level & re-certifying all our certified refurbished drones or robots, testing them to perform as good as new at least if not better than factory spec.

Full Diagnostics:​ Each drone receives a meticulous full diagnostic for any problem, from a shaky gimbal to a bad sensor.

Repair & Parts Replacement:​ Our team, certified to micro-soldering repairs damaged or failed components on-board the motherboard. Worn parts (batteries, motors, propeller, even the ESC board) are replaced with oem-grade replacements.

Where we get our inventory: The majority of our product is from two sources- customer trade-in, and returned / trade-in inventory from offical DJI store, we are directly buying pre-owned drones from them.

No matter where you purchase or receive a Certified Refurbished Drone from us , all of them go through the same rigorous Certified Refurbished process​ described above. Where a product is made does not impact the quality that we offer to remain high. Trade in or return, it’s been restored back to factory settings to its original performance and our high performance standards.

When you order a Certified Refurbished drone from Reboot Hub, you receive a complete package ready to fly. Every order includes:

-The refurbished drone (host)

-The remote controller(if you purchased)

-Intelligent flight battery(s).(if you purchased more then one)

Battery charger and power cable (if you purchased for fly more combo)

All original manuals and documentation (if available)

Additionally, all orders requiring a power adapter comes with a certified adapter (CE Certified) at no extra cost. We automatically provide the correct plug style (US, UK, EU, etc.) for your shipping address, ensuring seamless compatibility and plug-and-play operation.

Yes, absolutely. As part of our pre-delivery checklist, every Certified Refurbished drone is updated to the latest manufacturer's firmware and software. This ensures you benefit from the most recent features, performance enhancements, and security updates the moment you unbox it and take your first flight.

Repair costs vary significantly based on the device model and the nature of the fault. A simple gimbal recalibration might cost significantly less than a mainboard repair. To ensure transparency, we offer a free diagnostic service. Once we inspect your device, we will provide a firm, no-obligation quote for your approval. Standard repairs are typically completed within 3-5 business days​ after approval, while complex board-level repairs may take longer.
