A clear separation between non-activated inventory and activated pre-owned equipment—followed by an honest cosmetic grade and an item-specific evidence record.
The rule that comes first
Status and cosmetic grade are not the same thing.
A never-activated unit is not a pre-owned unit. “Non-Activated” describes its use status; “Flawless” describes its cosmetic condition. Reboot Hub lists both facts rather than combining them into a misleading pre-owned label.
Every activated pre-owned drone receives the full 40-point functional inspection. Cosmetic condition is then graded as Flawless Pre-Owned or Pristine Pre-Owned.
Non-Activated
Never activated. Identity, physical condition, non-activated status, and package contents are documented. The unit is not represented as flight-tested.
Activated Pre-Owned
Previously activated equipment. Every activated pre-owned drone receives the full 40-point functional inspection before its cosmetic grade is assigned.
