The FAQ below addresses some common concerns of our clients before purchasing the service.
This fee covers our initial, in-depth inspection and the detailed report we provide. It ensures our technicians can dedicate time to properly diagnose your issue. The key benefit: If you approve the repair, this fee is fully applied as a discount to your final bill. It is only charged if you decline the repair.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping your drone to our service center. As part of our service, we cover the cost of return shipping for all approved repairs.
Most standard repairs are completed within 1-3 business days after we receive your device and you approve the quote. Complex, board-level repairs may take slightly longer, which we will communicate in your quote.
If you decline our repair quote, the diagnostic fee will be retained to cover the inspection and report. We will then provide you with a return shipping quote, and you will be responsible for the return shipping to have your device sent back to you.
Absolutely. We use 100% genuine OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts that we directly purchased from DJI to ensure performance and longevity.

Yes, every single repaired drone must pass our rigorous multi-stage testing protocol, which includes bench tests, sensor calibration, and actual flight tests, before we return it to you.
