Customer evidence and written terms

Reboot Hub Credentials & Service Evidence

Reboot Hub is an independent repair and resale business. We work from the customer's concerns: what exact unit is involved, what evidence is available, what remains unknown, and which written terms apply. That is more useful than asking a customer to trust a broad badge or a generic promise.

What a customer should be able to see

Customer concern Evidence that helps What must remain clear
“What am I actually buying?” Exact unit, supplied items, visible condition, available history, and stated omissions. A label alone cannot settle condition, history, account state, or future support.
“What repair work am I approving?” Observed symptom, available history, written assessment, proposed scope, and stated unknowns. A credential record can support context; it does not prove the outcome of work on one unit.
“What happens after payment or delivery?” Written warranty, delivery, and support boundaries for the actual order. Broad marketplace wording cannot replace the terms that apply to the real transaction.

How should a buyer read a technical credential?

A technical credential can describe a training or assessment context. It can be useful supporting evidence when it is current, attributable, and relevant to the service in question. It does not prove the outcome of a diagnosis, repair, inspection, or sale involving one exact unit. Ask for the evidence that applies to the item in front of you and the written boundary that applies to the work or order.

What Reboot Hub does and does not represent

We are an independent business. We do not treat a staff document, a broad product label, or an inspection phrase as a manufacturer endorsement or a substitute for exact-unit evidence. The useful question is whether the buyer can see the unit, supplied kit, visible condition, available records, stated unknowns, and written terms early enough to make a considered decision.

How a documented repair path removes uncertainty

For repair work, the starting point is the exact unit and the observed symptom. A clear path keeps the available history, written assessment, proposed scope, and next decision together. Once the scope and quote are approved, the normal repair period is one to three business days. A particular case can need a different route if the evidence, diagnosis, or suitable parts situation changes.

How warranty boundaries stay understandable

Repair work has a 30-day repair warranty. Eligible complete pre-owned units have a separate 180-day product warranty. These are different boundaries, so a buyer should read the written terms for the exact repair or order rather than assume that a generic label answers every future question.

Delivery terms should be visible before commitment

For eligible personal-use orders and destinations shown at checkout, Reboot Hub standard international delivery is arranged as DDP unless checkout or our written confirmation states otherwise. Applicable import duties and taxes for the eligible destination are included in the checkout total or otherwise handled by Reboot Hub's delivery arrangement, unless checkout or our written confirmation states otherwise. The customer remains responsible for accurate recipient information, phone number, tax ID, importer number, or customs information when required by the destination country or carrier.
