Prepare a single product file for the aircraft and controller. Include manufacturer, model, serials, radio bands, output information, hardware and regional variant, firmware state, condition, prior repairs and the intended Malaysian use. Attach the seller invoice and clear photographs of labels rather than sending a marketplace screenshot alone.
Ask whether the exact configuration already has an applicable Certificate of Conformity, whether a Special Approval route is available for the applicant, and which import-permit record must accompany the entry. If a component differs from an approved model, disclose it instead of assuming the approval extends to that unit.

Before payment, verify the DJI account state, aircraft and controller serials, batteries, camera and gimbal function, repair history and included accessories. The approval record should match the same configuration that arrives in Malaysia. Avoid swapping controllers or radio modules after the application without asking whether the record must change.
