DDP buyer brief
Quick answer: For eligible personal-use orders and destinations shown at checkout, Reboot Hub standard international delivery is arranged as Delivered Duty Paid unless checkout or our written confirmation states otherwise. The order file still needs the exact kit, condition evidence, recipient information and written support terms.
DDP answers a delivery-cost and customs-treatment question. It does not answer every question about the equipment. A buyer should be able to see both layers before payment: how the eligible shipment is handled, and what exact aircraft, controller, batteries and accessories are tied to the order.
What does Reboot Hub DDP cover for an eligible order?
Under the eligible arrangement, applicable import duties and taxes for the destination are included in the checkout total or otherwise handled through Reboot Hub's delivery arrangement, unless checkout or written confirmation states otherwise. This removes the need for the customer to guess a second import bill from a generic article. The individual checkout remains the decision record.

What information must the customer provide?
The customer must provide accurate recipient information, phone number and any tax ID, importer number or customs information required by the destination country or carrier. The name and address should match the intended recipient and be usable by the carrier. If the carrier requests a document or clarification, respond through the written order channel so the record stays complete.
Delays caused by missing or inaccurate customs information are not treated as late dispatch by Reboot Hub. That boundary protects both sides: Reboot Hub remains accountable for the stated dispatch process, while the customer remains accountable for information only the recipient can supply.

What does DDP not prove about a DJI drone?
DDP does not prove the aircraft's condition, sales version, activation status, battery history, included accessories, local operating suitability or warranty treatment. Those facts belong to the exact-unit evidence file. A professional seller should not use a smooth delivery promise to replace product evidence.
How should the exact kit be tied to the shipment?
The written order should list the aircraft, controller, batteries, charger and accessories, including omissions. Available photographs, inspection evidence and condition notes should refer to that same unit. Commercial documents should describe the real goods accurately enough for the carrier and buyer to understand the shipment.
Every used battery is a separate item. Its casing, contacts, fit, warnings and available history should be reviewed independently. A quantity of batteries on an invoice cannot prove that each one has the same condition.

How does Reboot Hub make the transaction transparent?
We start from the customer's concerns: what will arrive, what has been observed, what remains unknown, which delivery treatment applies and what happens if the order differs from the written agreement. Those answers should be visible before payment, not reconstructed after the parcel reaches customs.
The checkout, shipping policy, exact-unit record, warranty terms and support path form one decision file. If they do not line up, pause the order and resolve the difference in writing. A transparent transaction is not one with no questions; it is one where the questions and answers stay attached to the actual order.

What should a buyer compare before choosing a DDP offer?
Compare the complete documented outcome: exact equipment, condition evidence, included items, checkout total, destination treatment, recipient obligations, warranty, returns and support. A lower headline price without those records may leave more uncertainty than a clearly documented order.
