Payment Security

Reboot Hub is powered by Shopify checkout. Shopify provides PCI DSS compliant payment infrastructure for online stores, and payments are processed through encrypted checkout channels provided by Shopify and supported payment partners.

Reboot Hub does not receive or store your full credit card number, debit card number, CVV, or full wallet credential details. Sensitive payment data is handled by the relevant payment provider.

Accepted Payment Methods

Credit & Debit Cards

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other available card options may appear at checkout depending on your location and payment provider availability.

PayPal

When PayPal is selected, you may be redirected to PayPal to review and authorize payment through your PayPal account or supported PayPal checkout method.

Apple Pay & Google Pay

If available on your device and region, wallet payments allow you to authorize payment through the wallet provider without sharing full card details with Reboot Hub.

Order Verification Before Dispatch

To help protect customers and ensure accurate delivery, Reboot Hub may review order details before shipment. For some orders, we may contact the customer to confirm that the order was placed intentionally and that the shipping details are correct.

Direct fulfillment: Every product sold by Reboot Hub is fulfilled directly by our own team. We do not use anonymous dropshipping for products sold on our store.

Before handoff to the carrier, we record the product preparation process, including functional testing, condition photos or video, serial number records, and packing video where applicable. These records help customers feel more confident about what is being shipped and support after-sales service, return, and warranty verification if needed.

How We Handle Customer Information

  • We use order information to process payment, confirm orders, arrange fulfillment, provide tracking, and support after-sales service.
  • We do not sell customers' payment information.
