High-frame-rate capture gives fast movement room to breathe when played back more slowly. Choose a supported 4K/120fps mode and suitable media, and plan the final playback speed as part of the edit.
RockSteady 3.0 helps smooth movement in action footage. Check the supported stabilization and recording-mode combination, then test it from the same mount or handheld position you plan to use.
Front and rear color touchscreens let you check the frame from either side of Action 3. The front view is useful for a vlog or selfie shot, while the rear screen supports composing the scene ahead.
