Consumer retail trust page
Golden Four Company Limited t/a Reboot Hub is the independent repair and resale business behind this page. Reboot Hub is not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or sponsored by DJI. This guarantee explains the evidence path we use for our own retail preparation; it is not a manufacturer warranty, a manufacturer certificate, or a promise beyond the written policies linked below.
Evidence before dispatch
Pre-owned equipment does not become transparent because a seller uses a label. A buyer needs a practical trail connecting the listing, the unit, its condition, the preparation work, and the parcel that leaves the team. The relevant trail differs by product type, but the buyer should be able to understand what has been documented and what still needs clarification before payment.
| Evidence | What the buyer can understand | Boundary |
|---|---|---|
| Product identity | Model, included items, and record consistency for the relevant listing or order. | No device identifier is published as a public proof item. |
| Condition and grade | Cosmetic and usage condition explained through the published grading rules. | A grade does not replace the exact listing photos, included-item notes, and description. |
| Function evidence | Relevant power-on, control, pairing, flight, or camera checks when appropriate. | Test scope varies by product type, activation state, configuration, and practical test conditions. |
| Dispatch evidence | Packing preparation and tracking after dispatch where applicable. | Shipping availability and final terms are determined by policy and checkout for the relevant order. |
Before deciding, compare the evidence path with the exact product page rather than treating this general page as a substitute for a listing. The product page is where the configuration, included items, visible condition, and available unit-specific notes belong. The purpose of this guarantee is to explain how those facts are prepared and supported, while making clear which information varies from one item to another. If an accessory, condition point, function check, or route is important to your decision, ask before payment so the relevant order can be reviewed against the actual unit.
Documented observations
A Product Evaluation Report is prepared by Reboot Hub for the relevant order or unit. It can summarize physical observations, condition information, documented test steps, and dispatch-related notes so that the customer can understand how the item was prepared. It is not an official DJI certificate, a public customer record, or a substitute for the exact listing and the written policies that govern the sale.
Reports can contain private order details, device-record information, customer contact information, or carrier details. That is why Reboot Hub does not publish full reports, raw labels, or private records as marketing proof. Any future customer story, report crop, or packing visual must pass a separate privacy review before it can be shown publicly.
A documented observation is not a prediction that every future use case will be identical. It records what was reviewed for the relevant product at the time of preparation, under the applicable test scope. It also helps separate supportable facts from broad sales language: a buyer can see what category of information exists, what was practical to check, and where the written policy controls the next step if an issue needs review. That is the transparency standard this page is designed to describe.
Two standards, two jobs
The Drone Grading Standard defines the condition language used for Grade A Pristine Pre-Owned and Flawless items where those terms appear. The The Reboot Hub Standard explains the inspection and pre-shipment service process. This page does not replace either source: it shows how a retail buyer can connect those standards to the evidence for the relevant order.
For an individual product, read the live listing as the final unit-specific source. It identifies the configuration, included items, condition description, and any relevant evidence that applies to that product rather than to a general category of equipment.
Keeping these roles separate also helps a buyer ask the right question. Use the grading page to understand what the published condition terms mean. Use the service-standard page to understand the preparation process. Then use the product page and support conversation to confirm the particular device you are considering. This avoids treating a general claim, a category label, or a past customer record as proof for a different unit.
From payment to handoff
Retail checkout is handled through Secure Checkout & Order Protection. Depending on the order, the team may review delivery details, prepare the relevant unit, retain applicable preparation records, protect the item for transit, and share tracking after dispatch. Reboot Hub's direct fulfillment records are intended to make the order easier to understand and support; they do not replace the final terms at checkout.
International shipping is subject to destination, product type, carrier availability, and the terms shown at checkout. A buyer should review the destination-specific checkout options and the shipping policy before relying on a route, timing, duty treatment, or carrier availability.
Clear next steps
Questions about available shipping routes, delivery, cancellation, and destination conditions belong in the Shipping, Delivery & Cancellation Policy. Questions about return eligibility and process belong in the Return & Refund Policy. For general purchase questions, read the Retail Buyer FAQs or contact Reboot Hub before placing an order.
These written pages govern the final terms. If a delivered item appears not to match the documented order, contact Reboot Hub promptly through the applicable return process and keep the relevant order information available for review.
Explore with the evidence in view
Use product-specific information together with the published standards and written policies before you decide. If a material detail remains unclear, pause and ask before payment rather than assuming a general statement applies to the exact unit.
