REBOOT HUB / PAYMENT & ORDER PROTECTION

Secure checkout. Confirmed orders. Documented handover.

A protected purchase is more than an encrypted payment screen. Reboot Hub confirms every order before dispatch, reviews additional signals when necessary, and keeps the fulfillment trail connected to the exact order.

PROTECTION BEFORE PROFIT

We would rather pause or cancel an unconfirmed order than trade customer protection for a sale.

ORDER PROTECTION IN PRACTICE

Every order pauses for confirmation before it moves.

Every Reboot Hub order requires customer confirmation before dispatch. This applies to low-, medium-, and high-risk orders. The risk assessment changes the depth of review, not whether we ask for confirmation.

Additional verification may be requested when payment or network signals require review. We do not ship an order without the required confirmation.

Approve or cancelConfirmed orders move forward; unconfirmed orders do not.
An authorization is not the same as a captured payment.

If confirmation is not received within the stated time, the order is cancelled and we release or void the authorization when applicable. Your bank controls how quickly that release appears on your account.

These answers describe the Reboot Hub process. Your bank or wallet provider controls its own authorization display and release timing.

Visit the full FAQ
Why does Reboot Hub confirm every order before dispatch?

Because every order is paused until the customer confirms the order details. Confirmation applies to low-, medium-, and high-risk orders; additional verification may be requested when payment or network signals require review.

Is an authorization the same as a completed charge?

No. An authorization reserves funds while the order is reviewed; a captured payment is a completed payment. When an unconfirmed order is cancelled, Reboot Hub releases or voids the authorization when applicable. The issuing bank controls how quickly that update appears.

Does Reboot Hub store my full card details?

No. Shopify checkout and the selected payment provider handle the full card number, CVV, and wallet credentials. Reboot Hub receives the order and payment-status information needed to confirm, fulfill, and support the order.

Which payment methods can I use?

Methods can include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. The live checkout shows the options available for your country, currency, device, and eligibility.
