Compare drone packages

Package availability and included accessories depend on the selected aircraft option. Allow for charging equipment or recording storage you may need, and confirm anything unspecified before ordering. Similar model names do not establish accessory compatibility.

Choose your cosmetic grade

Non-Activated / Flawless is a separate status, not pre-owned. It is never activated and is not represented as flight-tested. Actual-item photos help you assess visible wear; the inspection record and functional evidence support functional condition.

How we inspect your pre-owned drone

Every activated pre-owned DJI drone receives the full 40-point functional inspection before cosmetic grading. Its completed inspection record identifies applicable checkpoints, device status, findings and exceptions for that exact unit.

Functional evidence supports the completed inspection through power-on, calibration, camera, control, transmission or flight evidence, as appropriate to the model. Actual-item photos document the exterior, relevant components and visible wear. Packing records and tracking connect the inspected item and documented contents to the dispatched parcel.

The item-specific evidence package is included before dispatch; you do not need to request it. Read The Reboot Hub Standard for the buyer evidence process.

Look beyond a successful power-on

A successful power-on alone does not establish that a camera, vision system or other module works normally. For Mavic 2 Enterprise, camera image clarity and gimbal self-check results help assess camera and gimbal behavior. A single symptom does not identify one failed component.

Mavic 2 Enterprise assessment areas also include link operation, vision images, motor behavior and module condition. This guidance is model-specific; the exact aircraft and its inspection findings determine which evidence is relevant.

Your limited device warranty

Where listed, the limited device warranty lasts 180 days from the carrier's Delivered timestamp and covers mechanical and electrical failures under normal use. It excludes user-inflicted crash damage, water damage and normal battery degradation.

Customers pay inbound shipping to Reboot Hub. For covered defects, Reboot Hub pays Standard Ground return shipping. The selected product and current written Warranty Policy control the applicable term.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between pre-owned and refurbished DJI drones?

Pre-owned means previously owned and, under the Reboot Hub standard, activated. A refurbishment claim needs evidence of work performed on the exact unit; inspection and cosmetic grading alone do not establish refurbishment or DJI certification. These listings are presented as pre-owned DJI drones.

What is included with a used DJI drone?

The selected listing's package wording identifies the offered setup. Options may include Drone Only (No Battery), a named controller option, or a Fly More Combo or other named bundle. Drone Only (No Battery) excludes a battery. Check the selected product for its controller and other contents, and confirm unspecified accessories before ordering.

What do Grade A and Grade A+ mean?

For activated pre-owned DJI drones, Grade A means Pristine Pre-Owned: light documented surface marks may be present, with no cracks or hidden cosmetic restoration. Grade A+ means Flawless Pre-Owned, with no visible cosmetic marks on the documented unit. Both complete all 40 functional checkpoints. See the DJI Drone Status & Grading Standard.

How are Reboot Hub pre-owned DJI drones inspected?

Every activated pre-owned DJI drone receives the full 40-point functional inspection before cosmetic grading. The exact unit's record identifies applicable checkpoints, device status, findings and exceptions. Functional evidence supports the completed inspection through power-on, calibration, camera, control, transmission or flight evidence, as appropriate to the model.

What evidence will I receive before dispatch?

Before dispatch, you receive item-specific evidence for the selected activated pre-owned DJI drone: actual-item condition photos, its completed inspection record, applicable functional evidence and packing documentation with shipment tracking. Evidence is included; you do not need to request its creation.

What does the 180-day limited drone warranty cover?

Where listed, the selected pre-owned DJI drone's limited device warranty lasts 180 days from the carrier's Delivered timestamp and covers mechanical and electrical failures under normal use. It excludes user-inflicted crash damage, water damage and normal battery degradation. You pay inbound shipping; Reboot Hub pays Standard Ground return shipping for covered defects. The product listing and current Warranty Policy control the applicable term.

Can I reuse my controller and batteries with another DJI drone?

Match controllers and batteries to the exact DJI aircraft model and selected package. Similar model names do not establish accessory compatibility, so confirm the fit and the selected listing's included contents before ordering.

Choose your exact aircraft in the product grid, then select the package and cosmetic grade that suit your setup. Confirm any unspecified included accessories before ordering; the selected product variant and written order control the configuration and transaction terms.
