Manual-based DJI Mavic 3 Pro guide

Three camera routes and two storage routes need separate evidence: DJI Mavic 3 Pro documentation identifies a 24 mm Hasselblad camera, 70 mm medium tele camera and 166 mm tele camera. It separately identifies the Mavic 3 Pro Cine 1 TB SSD route. An exact aircraft record must name its configuration before camera, storage or included-component conclusions are made.

Record each Mavic 3 Pro camera route on its own

The Mavic 3 Pro manual identifies three cameras that switch between different focal lengths. The Hasselblad route uses a 4/3 CMOS Hasselblad L2D-20c camera with 20 MP photos, 24 mm equivalent focal length, f/2.8 to f/11 adjustable aperture, 12.8 stops dynamic range and focus from 1 m to infinity. The manual lists 5.1K at 50 fps and DCI 4K at 120 fps in H.264 or H.265 formats for that route.

The medium tele camera is a distinct 1/1.3-inch CMOS route with f/2.8 aperture, 3x optical zoom, up to 7x digital zoom, 48 MP photos, 4K at 60 fps, 70 mm equivalent focal length and focus from 3 m to infinity. The tele camera is another distinct route: 1/2-inch CMOS, f/3.4 aperture, 7x optical zoom, 12 MP photos, 4K at 60 fps, 166 mm equivalent focal length and focus from 3 m to infinity. The manual describes up to 28x zoom for the tele camera in Explore mode.

Three published camera specifications do not establish three current camera conditions. An exact-item record should show the wide, medium tele and tele areas, associate observations with the relevant route and avoid allowing one generic image to stand in for all three. The manual also lists focus limitations for dark, reflective, rapidly moving or varying-distance subjects; these are operating notes, not defect findings for a particular aircraft.

Separate the 8 GB Mavic 3 Pro route from the Cine route

The manual lists 8 GB built-in storage for DJI Mavic 3 Pro and microSD support using SDXC or UHS-I cards. It separately says that Mavic 3 Pro Cine has a built-in 1 TB SSD and that the Cine aircraft supports recording and storing Apple ProRes 422 HQ, Apple ProRes 422 and Apple ProRes 422 LT. The 1 TB and ProRes claims are therefore configuration-specific. They should not be attached to a standard Mavic 3 Pro simply because a listing says Mavic 3 Pro.

For the exact aircraft, identify the configuration, show the microSD-card slot, name any card actually present and distinguish it from internal storage. A published storage capacity does not establish currently available space, media history, supplied footage or cables. This is a straightforward way to keep an impressive configuration claim from becoming an unsupported item statement.

Use gimbal and airframe diagrams as inspection maps

The manual identifies the three camera positions, horizontal omnidirectional vision, auxiliary light, downward vision, infrared sensing, motors, propellers, aircraft status indicators, landing gear with built-in antennas, upward vision, Intelligent Flight Battery, battery indicators, power button, buckles, USB-C port and camera microSD slot. It describes a three-axis gimbal with tilt from -90 to +35 degrees and pan from -5 to +5 degrees.

DJI warns that collision, obstruction, dust, sand and excessive external force can affect a gimbal, while vision and sensing systems work within their described conditions. These statements provide a sound inspection order: photograph the gimbal and lens areas, sensor locations, propeller and motor areas, battery compartment and ports; then keep present behavior notes distinct from published model features. The presence of a sensing system is not a universal promise about a particular environment.

Keep battery and supplied-kit conclusions exact-item specific

The manual describes a 15.4 V, 5000 mAh Mavic 3 Intelligent Flight Battery with level display, smart charging and discharging functions, hibernation behavior and protection prompts. It says a current level can be checked with one press of the power button. It also describes the Mavic 3 Series 100W Battery Charging Hub as compatible only with BWX260-5000-15.4 Intelligent Flight Batteries. Those facts identify model context; they do not determine the current state or supplied count of batteries in an individual aircraft setup.

  • Identify whether the exact aircraft is Mavic 3 Pro or Mavic 3 Pro Cine.
  • Record each camera area, lens and gimbal observation separately.
  • List the actual battery, charging equipment, controller, microSD card and cable present.
  • Keep current LED, screen and link observations time-bounded.
  • Do not infer configuration, contents or current state from a broad Mavic 3 Pro title.

This structure gives readers and crawlers a reliable evidence chain: the manual establishes the published model architecture, and the individual record establishes the particular aircraft being evaluated. Neither layer silently substitutes for the other.

DJI Mavic 3 Pro questions

Does a three-camera Mavic 3 Pro description establish current condition for all three cameras?

No. The manual identifies three published camera routes. Current lens, focus, gimbal and recording observations need to relate to the exact aircraft.

Does 1 TB storage apply to every DJI Mavic 3 Pro aircraft?

No. The manual identifies the 1 TB built-in SSD as a Mavic 3 Pro Cine feature. The exact aircraft configuration must be identified directly.

Does a model name establish current device or account state?

No. Model documentation identifies published hardware and procedures. Any current item state must be established by direct item-specific evidence.
