This is the front vision module with flexible flat cable: it carries power and signals between the front vision module with and the rest of the aircraft. A torn or creased cable cuts that link even when the modules on both ends are healthy. For reference, the DJI Mini 3 Pro (2022) uses DJI O3 transmission.
