Identify the camera and gimbal from the aircraft itself
DJI Mini 3 uses a 1/1.3-inch CMOS camera with 48 MP effective pixels, an 82.1 degree field of view, 24 mm equivalent focal length and f/1.7 aperture. The manual lists a 1 m to infinity shooting range, 4K at up to 30 fps, 2.7K at up to 60 fps, Full HD at up to 60 fps, 48 MP stills and JPEG or DNG photographs. These facts describe the published camera architecture. Current lens, sensor, focus, gimbal and recording behavior require exact-item evidence.
The three-axis gimbal has a controllable tilt range of -90 to +60 degrees and roll positions of 0 degrees for landscape or -90 degrees for portrait. The manual warns that collision, impact, dust, sand, obstruction and external force can affect gimbal behavior. A current record should therefore show the camera shell, lens, gimbal arms and protector separately. It should never claim a current condition merely because the Mini 3 specification lists a feature.

The manual identifies the standard battery as 7.38 V and 2,453 mAh. It lists 18.10 Wh energy and approximately 80.5 g weight in its specification table.
BWX162-3850-7.38
The manual identifies Battery Plus as 7.38 V and 3,850 mAh. It has the same structure and dimensions as the standard route but different capacity and weight.
DJI states a maximum 38-minute reference with the standard battery and a 51-minute reference with Battery Plus, both at a constant 21.6 kph in windless conditions near sea level. Neither reference is a measurement of a supplied battery. The plus battery also changes the published takeoff weight to about 290 g, while the standard configuration is listed at 248 g. A precise listing must show which physical battery is present rather than assuming it from aircraft color, bundle wording or a generic flight-time claim.
Battery LEDs show current level, and the manual describes balanced charging, auto-discharge, hibernation and cell-damage warnings. Those functions are useful observation points but do not establish prior use, present capacity or future runtime. The official compatible charging hub can charge up to three listed battery types in sequence, yet it remains an optional accessory and must be identified from the actual kit.
Weather and sensing limits are not a DIY modification brief
The manual lists an operating temperature range of -10 to 40 degrees C. It directs users not to fly in bad weather such as rainy or windy days. DJI also says the downward vision and infrared sensing systems have limited conditions and cannot replace human control or judgment. The downward vision system may not function properly over water, transparent or highly reflective surfaces, weak or changing light, and surfaces lacking clear pattern variation. It specifies an appropriate non-reflective, discernible surface and adequate illumination for vision positioning.
These boundaries are essential to the model record. They do not create a basis for a rain cover, sensor alteration or a claim that a modified aircraft is weather-safe. An exact-item record can show whether the camera, gimbal, sensors, vents and shell are visibly clean and intact. It should leave weather capability within the manual's published limits and avoid claims that a product has been adapted beyond them.
Keep storage and controller components item-specific
DJI Mini 3 uses the aircraft microSD card slot to store photos and video, with UHS-I Speed Grade 3 or above required for high-resolution data. The manual draws a meaningful distinction: with DJI RC-N1 and no card in the aircraft, single photos or 720p video can be recorded to the connected mobile device; with DJI RC and no card in the aircraft, photos and recording are unavailable. That documentation does not establish that a card, controller, cable or phone is included with an individual aircraft.
The product profile names DJI RC and DJI RC-N1 as controller routes. A factual kit record identifies the exact controller, its condition, any battery, charger, cable and memory card actually present. Keeping each component explicit makes the page clearer for users and crawl systems while preventing an accessory or capability from being silently assumed.
